Air Sealing
Small openings around pipes, wiring and attic access points let indoor and outdoor air move through your home. We seal accessible gaps to reduce drafts and help insulation perform as intended.
Based in Holliston, we provide insulation and air sealing in communities across Greater Boston, MetroWest and the Worcester area, with additional locations north and south of Boston. If drafts or uneven room temperatures have you wondering where to start, a home energy assessment helps identify what needs attention. We also help eligible households in Mass Save® Designated Equity Communities access enhanced offers for recommended work. Check our service list below to find your community.
We serve homeowners and rental properties in the following Massachusetts communities. You can contact us about an assessment, insulation improvements or air sealing without knowing which upgrades your home needs yet.

Designated Equity Communities are places Mass Save has identified for additional support because its programs have historically reached fewer customers there. All the communities above except Holliston currently hold this designation. Holliston is our home base and remains part of our service area.
Eligible homes in these designated communities qualify for 100% off insulation and air sealing recommended during a Home Energy Assessment. This location-based offer does not require income verification. Your address, program eligibility and assessment findings determine which work qualifies.
Renters and landlords can explore these offers, too. Landlord approval is required before improvements to a rental property. Holliston residents may qualify for other Mass Save incentives, even without the community designation.
As a participating contractor, we help you understand the applicable offers and handle the program paperwork. Learn how Mass Save works with Souzet.
The assessment helps us decide where improvements will be useful. We look at the building and its existing insulation before recommending work, so you can understand what each part of the project addresses.

An attic with too little insulation allows heat to move more easily between your living space and the outdoors. We improve insulation coverage to help limit winter heat loss and summer heat gain.
Missing insulation in walls or along basement boundaries can contribute to cold surfaces and uncomfortable rooms. We assess these areas and recommend insulation suited to the home's construction and accessible spaces.
Leaky duct connections can send heated or cooled air into spaces it was never meant to reach. We inspect accessible ductwork and seal leaks to help more air reach your rooms.
Even sealed ducts can lose heat through their surfaces in an unconditioned attic or basement. We insulate accessible ductwork where recommended to reduce that heat transfer as air travels through the system.

Send your address, heating fuel and basic property details. Let us know if you own or rent and whether the building has multiple units. We use this information to check availability and the appropriate program path, including eligibility for a no-cost assessment.
Have your home assessed, then review the recommended improvements with us. We explain the proposed work, applicable incentives and any customer costs before you decide to move forward. Tell us about rooms that are difficult to heat or cool so those concerns can be considered.
Once the scope and program requirements are confirmed, approve the agreed work and arrange installation with our team. We prepare the program documentation and complete the approved improvements. Submitting an assessment request does not commit you to a project.
Send us your town, ZIP code and a few details about your property, including your heating fuel and any rooms that feel uncomfortable. We'll review your request and help you understand the next step for an assessment or proposed work.
